You can't use the kickstand on the airplane.
It's exclusive to joycons on the console only so you'd have to be holding it

A rudder is highly ineffective at making a turn at over 10000ft AGL.

You have to bank for it to turn. Though if you have your FMC and A/P on the plane will literally fly and in most cases land itself using APP and doing a CATII-III landing with the ILS on NAV.

Pilot here. Everything he said was right. Pilots are only needed for taxi and take off. The plane will literally fly itself and land itself. But most pilots are expected to hand fly to 5,000ft before turning the autopilot on.
