Is there a bigger abortion in gaming then PS Now and streaming? Even Battleborn had more players then any of the so called cloud gaming services.

>Sony will charge you for a streaming service or just straight-up charge you $10-20 for old PS2 games
>Microsoft makes the XBone backwards compatible all the way back to OG Xbox
Good thing I'm an idort. I don't know how Sony-only fags do it.

PS now is designed to fill the hole of being unable to emulate ps3 games well. Also while extending the potential player base and building their infrastructure for future years when streaming games inevitably takes off. The fact it's available on televisions and tablets shows the long term desire for a subscription service replacing game ownership. I know it's a scary future but it's the only way gaming will proceed as they look to expand their userbase. I'm certain ea and other major third party publishers will also follow suit.

But they've cut TV and tablet support. Only PS4 and Windows 10 is supported now.

Seriously as of when? That sucks, suppose even though it is a long term plan with Gaikai usage must be really low. I think it's awesome though as it's leading towards only needing a pc to play most console games.

Of course it's shit now but eventually internet speeds will catch up, I guarantee this is to simply lay the groundwork for their future streaming plan to combat windows play anywhere.

PS Now only works PC and PS4. Support for everything else was dropped. Sony acquired Gaikai for nearly 200 million dollars. Look where that game streaming meme landed them, nowhere like OnLive. Even EA had streaming game demo tech that never got a rollout, EA didn't money in it. Chunos who buy into this deserve mockery. PS3 BC died for PS Now.
