top of the map is grenade, its quite shit because i havent added tank enemies yet
far right is the rifle, devestating long range. definitely worth it, but you chose the no crosshair curse so prob not good anymore for you lol
bottom right is spiked club, big knockback, good if u get decent melee blessings
far left is hells hand, very powerful close range but useless at long range. good in a pinch.
in the middle is a food seed, u can grow 3 food, but it takes a while - lucky for you, its raining so food would grow instantly.

I found hells hand it's fun but if enemy is in your face you wont hit him.
I played for about 30min, it's fun game in short burts like most games these types.

i had ideas for a cannonball launcher so it bounces around. i have item ideas like an invisibility cloak, and a turret u can place then drop a weapon onto.

i have many ideas, it just matters what really effects gameplay in a unique/tactical way and what is just clutter for the sake of "more weapons". i considered energy weapons and shit but im not sure, i quite like that the items are somewhat grounded/military/medievil and old fashioned.. fits the theme i think

I'd reccomend having levels and instead of infinite proc-gen have tile sets that mix and match to create large sprawling levels that are also coherent.

As far as bosses go, I'd make it every 5 waves or so and in an arena because 1/3 of a boss is the arena you fight it in (next to music and design)
