Factorio is a legitimately awesome game and as far as I'm concerned, one of the best titles of the past few years if you are into that kind of stuff.

Bioshock 1/2 were I think generally very overrated. The first one has neat story and art direction, but wonky-as-fuck combat and awful level design. The second one improves on combat and level design, but the story is shit. That said, at this price I don't think you'll regret it. Arma 3 is just Arma 3 - it's an odd game. Can't speak about Capcom vs.. Endless Legend is fine.

Overall, I'd say it's a decent haul. The only game on that list I'd REALLY recommend unconditionally is the Factorio, but the rest is at least as far as I can judge fine and you should have a good time.

I can only comment on call of cthulhu that I dropped it around the halfway point. it has a strong first hour dripping with lovecraft atmosphere and after that it turns into a mediocre shooter with a lot of glitches

It's an outright bad game. The only good one in that series is the first one anyway, but 4 is particularly trash. They wanted a piece of the Saints Row and Yakuza LEL SO WACKY AND RANDUMB humor so it's a disaster of clown outfits and dildo swords, not even any English subs, and shittier gameplay compared to even 3. Not him, and I certainly wouldn't call it a buyers remorse, but it does overstay it's welcome by quite a lot. It's too long for its own good, starts getting really tedious and frustrating a little over halfway through and has too many logical endpoints it chooses to keep going past to drag things out. It's a good horror game, and if you love Alien, the atmosphere is absolutely perfect, but gets annoying towards the end and has some really shitty, unfun parts. Also, word to the wise, don't play on the harder difficulties, the AI doesn't get better, just lets it cheat, and it makes already lengthy segments take twice as long.

Who said anything about stealth? The redux from what I've seen and heard hinders the actual atmosphere of the game as the new lighting system removes a lot of the shading and such. Besides, the original has always been cheaper so what does it matter? There's never been any reason to buy the Redux.

This is something I see so often. It took me 50 hours to start getting any actual kills in the game, when something just clicked and I just "got" the weapon spray patterns and shit. Best advice I ever got was to just play unofficial gungame servers over and over, when I did that was when I found myself really getting better.

Nah, all DLC is purely cosmetic. New maps and shit are released for free in updates so the playerbase isn't split and the best car comes with the base game so there's no DLC advantage.
