It's a TV with half-assed media player in it you can connect it to the web and watch youtube or netflix. If it's actually good you can even try accessing your homegroup and watch stuff you have on your PC, but you'll probably have no control over audio tracks or subtitles. Overall, it's useless and just bloats TV price.
