There seems to be a decent amount to me. The Total War games, Titan Quest, Gladius, and Age of Decadence.
But I agree that It's still an underrated setting.

As for Rome there's Shadow of Rome, total war, a few other strategy games I can't think of. If your really desperate there's Ryse, it looks pretty at least.

Zeus was fucking great. I loved the Atlantean expansion too, that last greek campaign where you have to hold off constant invasions by soldiers, gods and monsters while earthquakes wipe out half of the map was brutal.

When you think about it, the degree to which Roman society was uninventive is truly astounding. Even their military technology was entirely of foreign origin.
Celtic armor, Celtic/Samnite shields and tactics, Iberian weapons, Greek siege equipment.
Roman society, especially post-Marian reforms was built on nothing but conquest and the enrichment of a small group of elites.
Technological advancement that could benefit the masses was seen as pointless, scientific research was seen as effeminate and weak.
