I wouldn't be so shocked at that number, Phil games the system hard as fuck. He uses an automated uploading system that chops the videos up into random lengths and then uploads them to youtube. Sometimes videos are 10 minutes long, sometimes they're 20, sometimes they're 5. I think the bot has even done shit like 48 second videos as a "part" to an LP. Basically the more he chops up his videos the more views he gets because the few people who watch him don't watch say 1 or 2 videos a day like a normal LP channel, they watch 12 or so videos a day because 1 hour of content is cut up into 12 sections, and that's how he's managed to stay afloat all these years even though his viewerbase was always lower than basically any other LP channel ever. Brute forcing with tons and tons of uploads nonstop.

Nope. He records them raw during his live streams and just cuts them haphazardly. The longest video parts are because he forgot to make a split.
