If you want 4K 60fps from multiplats, you're better off spending more on a PC. The Xbox One X will probably only achieve 60fps at 4K on first party titles.

To me personally, the One X is a great value and I don't care much about getting maximum performance, so I plan on getting one. Since I already have a laptop, building a second PC is less enticing too

Do you really think the Xbone X will get 4k 60fps? If you do your being delusional. Theres even an interview where Crackdown 3 still will be at 30fps on the Xbone X. So literally no fucking improvement.

I'm still doubting whether they will be able to do 4k and 60 fps. don't forget the past.
that said, I would still choose PC; gives you a lot more flexibility. by being able to max out games now you should be futureproofing your PC for years, and I wouldn't be surprised if it lasted you till next gen.
I say should, but there have been too many AAA titles that have terrible ports on release.
