Tried the free trial before it launched and I couldn't last more than 2 hours. The combat was horrific. Couldn't even properly aim left while in cover. How does a bug test team not catch that. Fuck Andromeda

That's a good price. Go into it knowing the story and characters mostly suck. Go in strictly for better than average shooting, moderately interesting exploration and pretty good graphics (post patches).

If you go in with ANY other expectations you'll be burned. It's not a bad game at all. It just fails to be in any way as good as the trilogy. Which is fucking pathetic when you remember blind space ninjas, that stupid kid, Beef McCheese, and Jessica Chobot.

But man, Montreal is in a whole other level, all games that come from there always end up completely shit or plain mediocre.

I didn't read any of these posts but personally as a big sci fi fan and fan of exploring and planets and all that shit... hugely disappointed. it just felt really bland and boring and I can't put my finger on it but when I see this game I feel like a cunt for buying it. Took like 2 hours before I was sure I did not want to put more time into it.
