I think so. It won't tell you any story you don't already know, but it's very atmospheric, and there is lots of value if you get it cheap.

It's basically MGSV's tanker mission. It's short but very sweet. It really should've been packaged into MGSV: TPP, but eh. It's worth it if you find it for bellow $5.
