My man - I watched a trailer and thought to myself this actually looks like a good action platformer, no doubt they know what they're doing because they're Japanese and the latest trailers prove it - both the fighting and the platforming looks varied and fun and blasting your co op partner into a special attack or having them jump on your back when your imouto is too bad at games to make a hard jump is a cute feature.

Looks pretty good to me, having to switch between little and big Knack on the fly mixed in with timed jumping puzzles and classic God of War combat seems pretty good to me.

I also got the game relatively cheap and actually enjoyed myself for a good portion of the game, it was like there was a really fun, great game buried under boring, hard shit most of the time, the point is that the sequel looks like all the best parts of the original game and none of the bad shit. The game made you smiles you slid down slides and did cool jumps around a nice vista and fuck shit up with your powers and the sequel is about those two things, platforming and better combat. It's definitely got potential. Zelda 2 was also shit (due to Miyamoto trying to mimic Xanadu). And the sequel was amazing.
