Should Konami keep the MGS series alive? And if yes should they

They should put the collection on PC so it can be preserved and then let the series die.

they have two options

>fill in gaps in the series. MGSV to MG1, (which a lot of people wanted) a Gray Fox game, Philanthrophy between MGS1-MGS2 and MGS2-MGS4, show how Raiden became a cyborg
>start remaking games (which would be easier and is more likely)

those are the only ways to keep the franchise alive and profitable. people only care about the Snakes. no one cares about unknown MSF soldiers if the reaction to Survive is any indication.

Can't they just fucking remake them so I can buy them on PC? I dont want to have to buy a PS3 again just for the Metal Gear games

They should just re-release MGS 4 on PS4 and leave it at that.
