Their games have always been niche as fuck. No matter how good the gameplay, engine, etc it will always be catered towards the more realistic and historically inclined crowd. Casual crowds HATE asymmetry.

there's nothing stopping me from just playing It Aint Me while playing Rising Storm and getting the same experience

they both have pretty dead playerbases, and relatively similar settings, but I don't have to pay 25 bucks to play the first one
