Do you hire random hoe pawns when playing Dragon's Dogma

I would hire my friends' pawns to get them trained up and trade, so did they. Once the level gap got too big I started hiring random pawns.

I hire pawns with some effort and originality on them, also the ones that reference another series i like, dont care much about friends pawns if they ordinary.

I only hire cute female pawns, but I make sure they have worthwhile skills and upgraded gear at least.

I only hire pawns that have good inclinations (So no fucking Guardians), Decent equipment for their level, decent abilities and arent slutty loli wizard riftbait. Riftsluts are almost never actually good.
