Just an insider with some information, but Squadron 42, the campaign of Star Citizen, and possibly with USB plugins, Star Citizen itself, will be offered on the Xbox One X. The regular Xbox One can't be powered by it. Microsoft gave Cloud Imperium Games (and by proxy, Chris Roberts) money for exclusive rights, and CIG got an order for 500 Xbox One X's, which is most of our company, sans the artists.

It's a timed exclusive, which is the only rumor I hear about in CIG, so Sqaudron 42 might appear only a few months earlier on the One X than the PS4 and Pro. Watch this Star Citizen Gamescon, and timestamp screenshot this post.

The only thing that is unsure is if Star Citizen, the MMO side, will appear on Xbox One X and PS4/Pro. If it does, it will have to go cross-play. Sorry Switch owners, there's no chance it can run on yours.

Funny enough Ps4 pro claims it has 4.1 Teraflops.

While a 970 on pc apparently has 15%-30% higher raw performance and can manage most games at 60 fps at 1080p.
While having around 3.9 teraflops.
While PS4 pro struggles to maintain a stable 30 in some multi platform games.

Hell on my PC at 1080p i can only ever drop below 60 fps when i set everything to its absolute max and even then its like 40-55 fps.
And some games even work at a stable 60 fps on ultra.

Teraflops is just one aspect of a GPU its just the easiest to market.

Virtually unlimited lifespan of digital copies. Also, it's still possible to buy some games physical copies, which in turn can give physical benefits.

A lot of the earlier consoles are easily emulated. The only emulation problem I've had is with a 'proof of concept' PS4 emulator that barely loads the OS

If Xbox controller, they run natively just fine. If Playstation controller, it's easy to just map it with Logitech Gayming Software, some reputable third-party software which works just fine, or even figuring out how to do it on your own.

Everything I've tried runs well on default settings. If you're not incompetent, it's easy to go through settings. Also, games run just fine on the majority of emulators nowadays, unless you're going for something like PS3/WiiU
