your cpu is still pretty decent. The gtx 1070 is aimed towards higher resolutions (like 1440p) or framerates (120Hz), but you can buy it if you don't mind overspending, otherwise get a 1060, which is pretty good for 1080p

note that both cards are getting more expensive as cryptocurrency miners are shifting to buy nvidia cards now that all amd cards are sold out
