Looks pretty balanced apart from MCH.

MCH: 1.25% of overall raid dps contribution with Hypercharge. The variance of bursts (DRG, SMN) has made the actual gain of these sorts of abilities closer to what the math % is unlike in 3.0 where TA was something close to 2% or more due to proper usage lining it up with other class' burst sections.

SMN has their own Magic TA or Phys TA which allows them to catch up with BLM/RDM. Say a total of 3k Healer dps (odds being its a solo caster comp as per usual), Contagion being 10% over 15seconds per minute is roughly 2.5% of 3000. That being a +75 or so dps for SMN, putting it in line with the other casters, with some help coming from NIN.

BRD's 100% uptime with 2% crit is something like 3% of raid dps. Assuming we start going at like 25k dps at the end of the tier, it's akin to a +750 dps attributed to the BRD alone from songs, extra benefit if there's a MNK in the group. Direct Hit isn't mathed out so it's hard to say how much Battle Voice contributes but at the very least, BRD is at least around caster level in terms of actual contribution.

RDM is looking much stronger than I thought it would with their party buff I forget the name of added onto the rest of the party.

20s of 10% more damage over 2 min is basically a solo-TA of 1.66% more individual dps. Even if you did add it, DRG won't be pushing close to the other melee solo or in group. Even SO, DRG's LotD has already shown itself to be a problem in regards to lining up with things like Hypercharge/TA/BV and already the lengthy time it takes for DRG to prepare LotD during its 2nd bfb is killing them in fights like Susano who goes away after a minute.

PLD has so much shit it's ridiculous. They get Cover AND Intervention AND Divine Veil AND Passage of Arms. Besides just having an absurd amount of utility, they have too many fucking buttons because unlike most jobs in SB they lost almost nothing and gained more than anyone. They ought to be trimmed, even if it means buffing them elsewhere.

Ditch Divine Veil and Shield Bash. They have plenty of party mitigation already and if they want a stun they should take Low Blow like the other tanks.

Quests are actually really inefficient compared to most of those. Square hates them for some reason, but I like them.

There're a few more ways to level too. PvP, the randomly generated Palace of the Dead dungeons. In regards to levelling content, there's definitely no problem.

The class feels really awkward to play is all as of now for SMN 'mains.' In so far as I could tell, all they did was make Aetherflow less of a resource and more of a cooldown. The class is competent and strong enough in general, but the main issues is that, like DRG, it's cds and bursts are disjointed with major group buffs that happen at the beginning of the fight.
