I have a gaming laptop but nowhere I can comfortably use a mouse.

Use a wireless controller and xpadder/antimicro when needed and play every game that way

A friend of mine always playes like this pretty much anywhere. He lately switched to wiresless, as the cord-weight kinda sucked so i'd recommend doing this.
