I want to play a game with UFC 2's gameplay but it's actually like a fully fledged adventure beat em up

You can do sleeper holds, boston crabs, arm bars, and some amount of other holds. You have to learn the moves from enemies and there is always a risk in dying with some of the deadlier ones since you can get knocked out with your head getting put into a critical stat and then the enemy stomping or kicking your body.
