once I was camping in my car at a rock quarry after doing target shooting all day, and at about 1:00 I was woken up by a loud car pulling up. I was putting my boots on to say hello to them when they turned on a bright searchlight in the quarry and started firing a rifle at nothing in particular. They never noticed my car, just just fired about 30 rounds in the general direction of the end of the quarry and then rushed out of it.

I was in my bed at around 2AM, trying to drift into sleep. Suddenly a bloodcurdling scream from a male voice from outside woke me up. I peeked out my window but didn't see anything. I kept my eye out on the window to see if anyone was passing by, but got nothing. I never found out what was that scream about, since I checked my local town news but nothing was reported. I asked my brother about it and he heard it too so I'm sure it wasn't a dream.

Nothing really scary because it happened in broad daylight, but in the vein of what >>381310842 this guy's experience was:

Walking home from school my Junior year in high school, I was walking down the sidewalk on the opposite side of the street from some houses. Well some big new white pick-up truck with dark tinted windows pulls up to one of the houses and just stops kind of in the middle of the street, not quite parked, and sits there for like 10 seconds. The house it stopped in front of, the door was open but they had a screen door which was of course closed, and the curtains in the front window were pulled back. Well, some dude comes bolting out of the front screen door and just yells "MOTHERFUCKER!", the truck takes the fuck off, and two more guys come running from out of the house, and the first guy fucking SCREAMS "MY SON! HE'S GOT MY FUCKING SON!". He then runs to his car that was parked kind of in front of the house, but more sort of halfway between his house and his neighbor's, he brushes passed another kid walking home from school and yells at the kid "THE FUCK ARE YOU LOOKING AT!?" (There were like 7 of us that saw this), the other two guys follow him, they all get in the car, start it up and fucking take off after the truck. The road was somewhat long, so they pulled off just as the truck was getting ready to turn the corner.

I will never know what the fuck happened or what the story about that was, and I think about it quite a lot.

About five years ago I was working on a game farm, raising Pheasants and Partridges.
It was a very tough job, with no days off,
so after doing it for like 4 months I was really tired. I was living with my boss, who's also a friend of mine, it was his farm. He told me that before him, another family had the farm,
but after a huge fire, none survived. Well,
after about another month (so I was there for 5 months) he had to fly to another country,
business shit whatever, meaning I was alone on the farm with his two dogs.

That's when shit hit the fan.

I can SWEAR that every fucking night I saw people walking around in the house.
All the time I was thinking that maybe I'm just tired, but those fucking border terriers man,
they were spacing out, just watching certain parts of the house, sometimes even growling and barking. They NEVER did this before.
After he came back I stopped working after about another month, we sold all the birds away.

Even up to today he tells me he never-ever experienced anything like that, not before, or after I was there working for him.

Maybe I was just really tired, right?

Play them in order. Clear Sky is divisive, due to bugs. On my first playthrough of Clear Sky I had no bugs, and it was probably my fave one. Replaying them all, it bugged the fuck out and was annoying. Stick with it if it does bug out, as its characters/factions are the best in the series IMO.

No mods until you've finished the game you want to mod, other than patches.

My dog woke me up in the middle of the night, growling and looking towards the door. At first I tried calming her down, since I figured she must have dreamt something and maybe she was just confused, but she kept growling and acting antsy.
I was really fucking spooked from the start, but I turned the lights on and hesitantly walked to the door. As I opened it I felt this chill down my spine, because I was riled up and imagination going wild, but there was nothing there but the dark living room.
Needless to say, I didn't sleep anymore that night. She has done it a couple more times afterwards and I don't fucking know why. There is nothing in the living room that makes any noise.

I've seen a lot of shit. My mum was convinced I could see ghosts when I was little. I've seen figures standing over my bed, shadows move out of sight in the dark and super fucked up dreams.
The absolute creepiest shit that happened to me was one night I woke up paralyzed on my back, which was weird because I sleep on my stomach. I look over to the door and there's this tall figure standing there. I'm already freaking the fuck out, but then he starts gliding towards me, I close my eyes out of pure fear and sense him touch my head which is when I saw this really fucking weird vision. Like I saw everything that has ever happened and will happen flash in an instant in front of my eyes. That was the last thing I remember before waking up the next day.

Demon's Souls or WWF No Mercy

Weird stuff goes on in my current room in the house. I'm the 3rd person in my family to occupy the room. First two were my uncle and aunt. Aunt always said she had nightmares about spirits and stuff and said she saw the ghost of my Uncle's first wife multiple times. Divorce happens and my uncle lives there with not much happening but I noticed he kept a night light. Uncle moves out later and I upgrade from my smaller room.

I feel really weird sleeping on one side of my bed, not like discomfort but like the spot is reserved for someone else and I'm not wanted there so I sleep on the right side of my bed every night. I used to hear knocking under my floor (I live above our kitchen) late at night but usually just ignored it. One night I was pulling an all-nighter studying for an engineering exam (Heat & Mass Transfer) and hear really loud and rapid knocking (similar to a police officer knocking on your door) from under my floor. It happened a couple of times until I yelled "Shut up, I'm trying to study". I haven't heard any knocking since then.

Also I have a cousin who stays over during summer breaks and stuff and he said that one night while I was pretty much out cold sleeping that he saw my phone lit up and floating in the air and that he pretty much hid under a blanket and watched vlogs on youtube until he passed out.

At the moment I think I'm unspookable by ghosts and stuff but bugs, especially roaches give me the heebie jeebies.

this is the only spooky thing to ever happen to me in my whole life
my nana and grandad would come to visit once a year and every morning we would have a big breakfast and everyone would be downstairs, but being 6 years old, I stayed playing cars upstairs in my bunkbed while everyone was downstairs already
I got called down but I ignored them and kept playing but when I stopped I could hear deep muffled breathing, kinda like Darth Vader without the "kuuuuh"
I shrugged it off and told my older brother to stop messing around and jumped out the bunk and went to chase him down the stairs
Except no-one was there and when I was in the dining room everyone had already started eating and my older brother was way ahead with tucking into his meal, at that moment I felt something spooky had happened

I don't think much of it, though. Nothing like that has happened ever since.

It's not scary or supernatural, because I ain't 'fraid of no ghosts, but I was walking home from a 24-hour diner in a not-great part of Chicago when I a cabbie stopped and asked me if I wanted a ride, since it was dark.
I declined, since I was just a handful of blocks away, so then he says he'll give me the ride for free. He kept pressing it after I said no to that,
as if a cabbie doing something for free wasn't already super weird. He got stopped at traffic and a light, so I jogged to break sight of the guy. I'm assuming if I'd gotten in, I would have been raped to death.

Nothing else happened after that, but here's the worst part:
