The story, the lore and narration is top tier. I loved this game. It's a masterpiece.

Also, make sure to get Delta version. The ending in that is well worth it.

The only thing Inafune did right after getting out of capcom.
PS4 sequel never.

If you're liking it then grab Delta now and play through that instead.
Delta has all the content of Vanilla, plus a third faction, even more pacts and story, more monsters and it runs better and looks nicer too.

I feel like I'm enjoying it enough to just play through it a second time in Delta after I finish the main quests in vanilla.

German here, I didn't have to pay for multiplayer. Maybe you don't have to either?

Online is kinda empty though and divided into game progress sections so it'd probably be better to not replay the vanilla content again and import your save file instead.
