All of the old Monster Hunter games, they didn't go anywhere. Still hundreds of hours of fun to be had the old way if you really liked that style. Let the series evolve.

But running while healing is a necessity if you want load free zones. The current situation is if you would like you can run to a different zone, heal without consequence, then join back in. That is no longer a thing since the zones aren't separated. Healing while running is just a solution to a problem they needed to address to move the series forward.

The healthbar is smaller but what are the other changes? Seems the exact same to me.

I have this on WiiU but never really played it past the first hour. Is it dead online? What do I do? It was confusing as a new player to the franchise, I refuse to play these games on a 3DS btw so dont recommend those.

It makes sense though now that you have more shit going on and no loading times. In other games you could just go and heal in another area. So technically people that were already good at these games will have no problems and shitters will have more problems. I don't see the problem
