I'd be hilarious if DBFZ had more females at launch over MvCI. Dragonball is notorious for its lack of waifus and MvCI has all the females from Capcom and Marvel to work with.

I figured as much, but I just don't want to believe it. I can see why most of the choices made were made, but Spencer is the one that I just can't logically understand why, even if Combofiend does work for Capcom.

That aside, I truly wonder what this game will sell like. No one seems to have stated that this isn't like SFV where you can earn everything for free, and I'm wondering if that's because people understand that or if it's because they haven't realized yet. Still can't believe this is the sum of what Capcom "learned" from their mistakes with SFV.

I have a feeling they'll add in some female character specifically to up the waifu count, but honestly, I don't see anymore than 4 getting in for that game either. 18 is pretty much guaranteed and Videl is probably the next most likely. For the novelty of it I could see Arale and Future Mai getting in, but I guess they could just be boring and put in Pan and Chichi.
