No, the campaign sucks dick. While all IV's missions are essentially "Go to A, kill guys, then got to B", they're all better than V's missions.

Quick rundown on the modding issue? From what I've read, it looks like it won't affect single player mods, it will only affect multiplayer modding. If this is the case, why wouldn't they do this? Why are people surprised? Or have I got it wrong?

Not really. Game sucked start to finish, and the multiplayer wasn't a redeeming feature.

Three protags was dumb, multiplayer was too P2W
