Arkane took SJW route and this is why it sold like shit

It's a single player game with no mods and maybe a bit of replay value, the price was never going to stay high.

Same with the original Bioshock, the price dropped within a month or two.

I enjoyed Prey, but the monsters were stupid as fuck. Shit, even regular, classic zombies and resident evil techno shit would have been better.

Who wants to shoot at squirmy black clouds? It's not satisfying. It's like kicking apart turds in the public pool.

Pretty much this. If the level of sales hits a certain weekly/monthly threshold, then lowing the price to sell more is good business.

I researched, and bought it new. I have no regrets.

sold poorly, shit launch on PC with tons of bugs, save corruption out the wazoo.

It's not a particularly bad game but definitely doesn't have the content to be a $60 title. It's significantly closer to a $30 game in terms of content and replayability, which is a fucking shame because the framework for the game set it up to be incredibly enjoyable on successive playthroughs.
