Not really no, because those resources could have been used for something better.

It only sold like 750,000. For a game with a Mario label on it, that is horrendously bad. Even Mario Party 10, which is considered one of the worst ones, sold close to 4 million.

Yeah, but I don't think there's a Paper Mario game that sold over 3 million. The RPGs tend to sell less overall.

Sticker Star did a little under 3 million and it's the best-selling game in the series... Unless Super sold more. Not sure.
