Can't say much about Madden but 2016 was the only year two new games released and between the vita releases none of them share any tracks. The one most people talk about now, Future Tone, was ported from arcade machines and has way more content than any of the other games.
As for the weekly Monday threads, that's just some sort of culture inherited from /a/-/jp/ since 2012 or so. Goes without saying that it's fairly off-topic.

You see, back then the only thing fans knew about these producers was their account in a video hosted website niconico so if they didn't update new songs after a period we couldn't even know what happened to them, except when their families and friends confirmed the bad news.
What makes me sad the most is that these producers are fairly young people with a love for music and vocaloids, they aren't professional at the start. Thanks to vocaloid and nico the fans know their work and support them. These games imported to the state don't tell the whole stories behind how vocaloid fandom came to be.

In my estimation the PSP's success was in that it could do modern, traditional games while the DS could N64 level games, while the Vita was better than the 3DS in that regard, it wasn't that big of a gap when the 3DS sold far better. So I'm not sure what Sony could even do at this point with a new handheld when the Switch has console perfect controls.

A Switch game that's essentially a compilation of the PSP/Vita games on the X engine with a Splatoon colab would be a nice, realistic proposition. Both Joy-Cons having symmetrical face buttons lends itself far better than d-pad and face buttons too.

3 new songs, including “Ghost Rule” by DECO*27, and 396 modules, including the new Hatsune Miku 10th Anniversary Commemoration Module designed by Mari Shimazaki. A new feature called “Promotional Video Photographing” has been brought up, with more info due at later date.

Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Future Tone DX will be released on November 22nd at 7,980 for the standard edition and 11,990 yen for the limited edition. The limited edition, the “Memorial Pack”, contains three Blu-ray discs with over 200 promotional videos and all the opening movies since the first Project Diva game on PSP.

Preorder bonus includes a “Special Mini Soundtrack CD” containing 12 tracks of in-game background music and clear singles. Additional songs and modules will follow as downloadable contents in December for Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Future Tone.
