The Megatons for Mummy are pgood, a good way to counter ribbon girl is with a lighter character, I feel the heavies are pretty low tier as of right now

Ribbon is hard countered by the Hydra arms, combine that with a Slappa to combat her side dashes and you're gonna give her real trouble.
