Both of them I got for free and both games (and the CoD4 Remaster) had massive FPS issues. My 1070 was dipping into the teens at certain points. Not completely uncompressed, because uncompressed video is very very large. But it's often poor compression that prioritizes speed of playback and graphical fidelity over low size. Another culprit is textures, which do come completely uncompressed, and audio, which are also uncompressed and more often than not come in every language that they were recorded for.

Add it all together and you're looking at doubled or tripled filesize over repacks.
