Is there nothing that can kill Sonic's career? Can Forces

sonic autism will never die

It does feel like care for sonic is slowly wittling down. I remember up to around 2009, there was a ton of fan sites and the sega forums were exploding every few minutes with new posts or threads. Now outside of sonic retro and sega forums, it feels like every sonic fan site is dead.

I personally haven't cared for Sonic since 2010 with Sonic 4 and Colors. That's when I quit posting on forums too. I'm back to pirate Mania but nothing in the last few years or future compels me to want to play it. It's as if they're reanimating the poor guys corpse.

Sonic is an immortal series.
Forces can be the biggest dud of all time and they'll still be able to keep making games.
Kids lap it up because Sonic is perfectly marketable and iconic.
They just have to put his smug face on a box and it sells.

In better news if Mania does well and Forces Bombs that might just send the right kind of message to Sega.
This is of course assuming Forces is shit. If a miracle happens and it's not then I'll be pleasantly suprised.
