You can keep the LORE text, but the core abilities should be worded as:

1. [Low percent] chance for blast attack damage to be doubled
2. [Mid percent] chance of, after an attack, doing an immediate follow-up attack. This can only be used twice per battle.

Are those more or less what you meant? Those two combined makes their utility balanced, so no adjustment required, just rewording. Also, nice art.

Jawrmor was given a bunch of GUARD because his ability was an objectively worse version of just having the extra points.

I'm not sure why it recorded with the sound totally messed up, but a fair fight's a fair fight so i'm not recording a new one to rob the victors of their win.

It was mainly thanks to Hammy however. Subtracting a whole 10% of the enemy's HP when they do the more common kind of attack is cheezey, so maybe that's why Octoglitch was trying to get back into the ring: For a rebalanced rematch.
