Not if you know how certain ARMS work. You can easily slip up the opponent using the Boomerang first, forcing them into a certain direction so you can attack with a heavier arm. This game rewards aggression significantly, if you don't give your opponent room to breath you've practically won. I got my ass kicked by enough Kid Cobra's to realize this.
