I think the first one has a full translation. 1 and 2 definitely have a partial translation that removes the anti-Westerner DRM.

All three of them can be played without a translation patch or even machine translation, though. You just need a key for the skills and questbook, of which there are plenty online. Check Hongfire and ULMF.
