If you havent played the other games, then dont play clear sky it will ruin the twist in the first game.

Also, there is only one good mod for clear sky that fixes shit, i think its called reloaded or something, dont play and complete mods they ruin the game.

also, if you haven't played shadow of chernobyl, play with amk1.4, there are guides to getting it running its easily the best, and for subsequent playthroughs i recommend autumn aurora amk edition, which combines AA and AMK it looks and plays fantastic.

yeah then just use reloaded, it fixes the grenade shit and the clan wars aspect is pretty fun. Also for some reason its the prettiest game in the franchise.
It honestly isnt that bad. Its much the same as SOC but adds new areas and mechanics. People hated it cause its buggy but a lot of that got fixed.
