How do you train for ranked games, /v/?

Personally I use the Wim Hof Method.

I am doing it everyday for the past two months and I have to say, it changed me entirely. Absolutely transformative for my gameplay.

What are your experiences with the method? Have you tried the official course or you just learned from reading and you incorporated it into your everyday routines?

For anything aim related
csgo 128 tick ffa

I.e. after grinding aim u can carry with sombra and hard carry with reaper
Another way to train aim is to cheat apparently

Literally just play with my team and joke around talking mad trash in the MC's master stream to have fun with fans. That's it. There's no magic to it, some people are just better at understanding an entire match vs just knowing/being good at the mechanics.
