My advice for you OP if you're still there:

buy a cheap 500GB HDD for 40
buy a good 350W PSU for 40
Get a radeon RX 460 for 100

total $180 (or even less if you can search enough) and get a tech savy friend asemble it.
Congrats now you can (somewhat) play games.
