Worth it?
>nintendo will continue to support the 3ds beyond 2018
>same specs as n3dsxl, only it has no 3D and it's cheaper at ~150 dollars
>probably hackable
i still have a 3ds XL, though i don't play it much. have there been any decent new additions? should i cop?
>i dont play that much on my other 3ds
>should i waste money on another newnumbereDS
Yes, Nintendo-sama will thank your loyality

I've been thinking of buy one. Never bought any handheld since the GBC. Is it worth it? There are many things that I want to play on this shit.
>>380915805
hence why i asked if there's been any new decent games, or if anything's been announced. i like my 3ds and play it sporadically, and 150 bux doesn't seem like a huge sacrifice for just that
>>380917171
but why not just play the 3ds you already have for 0 bux...
>>380917507
the new one has superior hardware, which is better for emulation
>>380917507
There are games that only run on the new one, or am I wrong?
Depends entirely on what games it's packing. If the Nu-3DS line still only features Xenoblade and... Xenoblade, it's a no go.
>>380915484
Worth it for me yes because I've only had a 3DS for a short time before I drop the completely.
For you not so much from my perspective.
>>380917987
there are N3DS exclusives, but in my opinion none of them are worth buying a new DS for.

>>nintendo will continue to support the 3ds beyond 2018
lol
>>380918715
I liked Xenoblade, but I do have a Wii, so...
>>380918925
One or more of the games announced at e3 will be N3DS exclusives.
>>380918795
This right here. Good post, fellow Switchbro.
>>380918715
it should be noted that most of those are Wii U ports
so if you have a Wii U, it kills half that list.

>nintendo will continue to support the 3ds beyond 2018
Lol no, they'll announce the end of production Q1/Q2 next year once they're confident in the Switch's install base and get to blow out whatever 3DS stock they can for Black Friday.
I'd bet money that even now the 2DSXL/3DSXL are the only models being produced outside of Japan.
>>380919138
Oh yes, of course. What about the Metroid 2 remake?
lmao you'll be lucky if Nintendo is still releasing 3DS games in 2018. What you saw at E3 was the 3DS last batch of games.
Even Pokemon is making the jump. It's over.
