Darkstalkers, for God's sake. It was actually a successful and innovative franchise back in its day, it's beloved by all of the developers at Capcom and by many long-term fighting game players, but the suits have been cockblocking them from making a new one for close to two decades now because it didn't make as many shekels as Street Fighter and Marvel.
