I know mine did. They must of been tracking users through their IPs and seeing if they were shitposting after submitting their applications. I got banned for something that I never got banned for before. And they didnt even say what I got banned for other than saying I broke global rule 3. I wasn't given a specific example of it just that I had broken global rule 3.
