I just got myself Resident Evil 4 and I found out that the controls are really shitty. At first I thought my controler is broken but I figured out that you can't aim and move by default.
Is it playable? It feels horribly stuff to not be able to do those things at once. Are there any mods for this?

Weak bait. Good excuse for an RE thread.

I'll even be nice and start us off,
>RE3
>RE1 (not director's cut)
>Leon
>Red9
>road warrior Chris
>REmake 2 or REvelations 3 staring Jill and Sheva
>yfw someone cites tank controls in an old RE vs 4 argument even though it's literally the fucking same
I unironically like Zero
desu I can see why someone would find them "shitty". They aren't immediately comfortable but they're very easy to get used to and work very well for what the game's going for.

The combat is designed around the movement. It shouldn't ever become overwhelming. Just engage at distance and move when enemies get close.
