Borderlands 2 was a solid game and an improvement over 1 in most respects.

Some of their games are really shit but what Todd did to Fallout, and to RPGs in general is inexcusable. At least Gearbox' shitty games actually failed. Nobody praises fucking Battleborn, meanwhile, Fallout 3 is a classic nowadays.

No, they are well below average. They're fucking devoid of merit. They have a broken ancient engine that doesn't work, awful floaty unbalanced combat, terrible stuff animations and horrific voice acting. There isn't a single fucking good thing about them other than "they're really big." Whoop dee doo.

People get mad at Todd and Bethesda because despite being absolutely broken train wrecks they get universally praised and everyone loves them. It's fucking infuriating. Nobody else could get away with releasing such barely functional creatively bankrupt shitpiles but they do and they print money from them.
