Elite Beat Agents, Ouendan, Tingle's RPG, Resident Evil DS, Phantom Hourglass, Mario Kart, Big Bang Mini, TWEWY

Honestly, DS was a let down imo. It wasn't as tested as the GBA and was too early to have the innovations of the 3DS. My favorite game on it was Phantom Hourglass which is a masterpiece I will grant. But the good games are too few.

Remember NSMB multiplayer? I played that so much with my friend. The fucking ice stage was the best. We played 5 lives and tried to kill each other, no stars. Blue shell was the best for that.
In Starfy I was so pissed because my friend got all treasures and a secret world and there was ONE treasure in world 6 I couldn't fucking find no matter how hard I scrubbed through the level.

The last two there are especially underrated. Legend of Legacy may look cutesy, but it's a pretty hardcore old school JRPG with a ton of player freedom. Similar to the Saga series if you played that. There's really nothing else like it on the 3DS. 7th Dragon is more traditional, but it's strangely underrated. Story is decent, but it's a fantastic game mechanically.

Pokemon, all the mainline games, except Platinum, for some reason I disliked Platinum a lot despite loving Diamond and Pearl to death.
Mystery Dungeon Explorers of Sky
7th Dragon, its a good RPG, kind of generic sure, but fun.
Drawn to Life, both games. I put a lot of time into the games, and really enjoyed them despite how overly simple they were.

It's got the anime cutscenes from the PS1 release, which were really well done. Also the second screen integration is well done. You can either keep the interface as it was on SNES, or keep some status info on the second screen, which is helpful. Plus some touchscreen controls to select menu options speed things up.

It's not a big enough difference to buy a flash card for or anything. But if you already own one, the DS version is a bit better

Side note-

Wasn't a huge fan of the default control layout, but it does actually let you change it (partially). I've found that using the shoulder buttons for turning and rebinding the strafe controls to the d-pad made a lot more sense to me. I kind of wanted to make it so the move/strafe were on the d-pad and the turning on the Y and A buttons because that seemed logical, but it seems the game won't let you unbind Y because it's used as the confirm button in the menu

also you gotta use the application's [quit] button after rebinding because if you just turn off the console it won't save your setting changes
