Why couldn't this have been Mighty No. 9? It does everything

I know what you mean, anon. Having a blast with this game and really enjoying the bullet customization. The only thing I don't like is that elements seem to be pretty useless, and don't change the look of bullets at all. I would've preferred if the Slicer element for example made your bullets look like blades, just to give you a visual queue that you enabled it properly.
