Anyone else tired of over realistic games? They've come to a point where games are stopping of having a style and just are adopting the same realistic design every other game has, and they don't even have a different atmospheric design, so they feel the same. I can't even differentiate between graphical comparisons already, like I can say "OK, this one looks darker and this lighter" BUT I CAN'T EVEN TELL WHICH LOOKS BETTER.

More annoyed rather than tired. It works well for some games, but games with a high level of interactivity (like fps or rpg) suffer greatly from those graphics as it makes it either really hard to tell where the relevant objects in the game are or they will have some disgusting outline.
Looks literally identical
I wish there were more double AA/ b games around this gen, they had a unique artstyle too them and were never too super serious or cinematic.

Not every game has to have cartoon style cel-shaded graphics, nor would a lot of titles sell if that were the case.
Usually in the case of console games, it's pretty much the same thing across platforms, the main visual differences usually being rendering and texture resolutions.
You can't expect 'realistic graphics' to increase exponentially in fidelity, as that would require a ridiculous amount of processing power, see the performance hit things like Hairworks provide just on their own.
I just want games to be as good as they were in the PS2 era.
But that's just not going to happen

I tend to prefer cartoony games anyway, so I might be less burnt out on the more "realistic" looking games. I guess it's just about balance.
Then play other games, retard.
>the same game on two different consoles looks the same
