Just draw some semi-lewd images of various popular franchises and flavour of the month games. Overwatch, Nier, whatever trendy anime is airing etc. Say you do commissions but specify that you don't accept porn. People will start to offer more money than normal, and then you can ''make an exception'' and get paid a lot more than you would otherwise.

This. Start some sort of public page where other people can see your work and you can promote it a bit. Dont just start a patreon immediately, but just set up commissions up on that initial page, and maybe people wills start asking you to start up a Patreon or some other form of monetary income.

I like your art man, good style. If thats your approach for stylized hands, then yeah, roll with it. Kinda looks like that old cartoon "Sword in the Stone" type hands.
