Should I play this or is it overrated like everything else other

It's good, nothing amazing gameplay-wise.

But it has an unique atmosphere that makes it unique. Mostly the Franco-Belgian BD art direction.

Game is essentially mixed genre with photography, racing segments, stealth, ect.
If you played any games with decent combat, this game's combat is going to be boringly basic.
The game is refreshing in that it does it's own thing with a unique art style. Overrated but a nice experience if you don't get bored so easily.
