Why is it the RE fanbase can't like both the horror and the action?
RE7 was a fantastic return to horror that I feel could be the great jumping off point to brining back truly classic survival horror
And Vendetta looks like fun action movie that embraces the goofiness of the RE franchise.
Yet its always a split between you lot.
Its either
>RE IS AN ACTION SERIES REEEEE!
or
>RE IS A HORROR SERIES ONLY REEEEEE
I just wish you lot would stop fighting.
Also are there others here who like both the horror and the action?

No it didn't.
RE5 was a step in the wrong direction .
And 6 was pure shit.
But that's not enouth to kill a massive franchise such as RE.
Especially since Capcom brought back the horror with 7 and are still keeping the action fans happy with Vendetta,
And with RE2 Remake on the horizon you would think RE fans would all be happy.
Yet all they do is bitch.
