You don't need the CPU cooler if you're not overclocking and you're not overclocking with that motherboard. And shop around for the memory some, I don't remember paying 129 for my 16 gigs of RAM.

And don't forget the HDD. That 120 SSD is going to get eaten up by Windows alone.

RAM had a huge price jump in the last year. Last August I bought 16GB 3000MHz RAM for $65 which was only $10 on sale. The same kit now costs like $120.
