Blizzard is scared of another DOTA happening

If they gave the playerbase full control to mod Overwatch, the community would inevitably balance and tweak the game so it isn't such a casual piece of shit and it would become the de-facto game that everybody chose to play instead.

I'd like a weekly brawl that's basically Dota's ability draft, where at the start of the match everyone gets to pick and choose their abilities from the hero pool.
