Skyrim: The DEFINITIVE EDITION released in November 2011 for PC. You will never get a better experience.

RE4: Many (not all) of the ports weren't just ports, they added content or delivered the game slightly differently. I think the Wii version, which was a port, was my favorite version of the game since the wiimotes made it a pretty fucking awesome experience.

This guy gets it. Capcom was spending their entire advertising budget showing off 6 year old ports instead of developing new games.

Resident evil 4 is 6 years older than Skyrim, its logical it would be rereleased more.

Moreover, its rereleases aren't treated as a main attraction for the company. Its released what, 3 main series titles and multiple spine off games in 12 years?

REmake is good but I still think overall RE4 is a better game.

I suppose it depends what type of gameplay you like the most, though. I hope REmake 2 is the same as REmake and they don't do some whacky RE4-6 action gameplay or go first person like RE7.
